How much a restaurant website really costs

€590 one-off, no subscription. What is included, what is extra and what you pay from year 2: the numbers for a restaurant owner, with no surprises.

If you run a restaurant and have asked for a quote for a website, you have probably had one of two answers: a huge figure, or a small figure with a monthly fee that never ends. Let's work it out calmly.

The price of our restaurant website

For trattorias, pizzerias, osterie and bars, the website costs €590 one-off. You pay once, after you have seen and approved the draft. There is no monthly fee.

What is included

  • A written menu, not a PDF, that you change yourself, even from your phone.
  • The 14 allergens of EU Regulation 1169/2011 next to every dish.
  • Direct table booking, with no commission.
  • Opening hours, directions and parking.
  • A gallery of your dishes and dining room.

On top of that, the website is hosted on Cloudflare and opens quickly. Every night we check that it is working and save a copy of your texts.

What is extra

There is only one extra: the website and menu in English as well, €140. If tourists search for you, it may be worth it. If you work almost only with local customers, you can do without it.

What you pay from year 2

From the second year you only pay the domain renewal, to whoever sells you the domain. With us, €0.

If you don't even want to deal with that, there is an optional service called Peace of mind ("Zero pensieri" in Italian): €149 a year. We take care of the domain renewal and make 2 updates of texts or photos during the year. You only sign up if you need it and you can cancel whenever you like.

The numbers, in practice

First year: €590. From the second year: the domain, and nothing else. If you add English: €590 plus €140, so €730 in total, once only.

How you pay

The draft comes first. The first personalised draft is ready 48 hours after your brief. You look at it, tell us what to change, and only when you are happy with it do you pay. If you don't like it, you have spent nothing.

What to ask before choosing a website

When you compare quotes, always ask these things:

  • How much do I pay in the first year and how much from the second?
  • Can I change the menu myself, or do I have to call someone?
  • Do bookings come to me or to a platform?
  • When do I pay: before or after seeing the work?

If the answers are clear, the price is almost a detail. If they are not, it is better to stop for a moment.

If you want to see what it looks like, have a look at the restaurant demo and then fill in the Get started form: we will call you back.
