What happens from year 2 if I don't pay anything?
The website stays online. The price is one-off, with no subscription: from year 2 you only pay the domain renewal to whoever sells you the domain. The Peace of mind service (€149 a year, "Zero pensieri" in Italian) is optional.
Who owns the website? And the domain?
The website is for your business and the texts are yours. You renew the domain with whoever sells it to you: it is the only fixed cost from year 2.
How long does it take to get the website?
The first personalised draft arrives 48 hours after your brief. The time after that depends on how long it takes us to sort out together the details you want to change.
What do I need to prepare?
Just fill in the Get started form: what you do, where, your services and your contact details. If you already have photos, opening hours or a menu, even better. We ask for the rest when we call you back.
Can I edit the texts myself?
Yes. You change texts, photos, hours and menu yourself, even from your phone. If you would rather not touch anything, Peace of mind includes 2 updates a year done by us.
What if I don't like the draft?
You don't pay. You only pay after approving the draft. You can ask us for changes, or stop there without having spent anything.
